Glenfern Sanctuary
In a little corner of the world sits an inspiring place with a big heart. Glenfern Sanctuary is a predator controlled regenerating native forest, where threatened and endangered species are able to thrive once more. Visitors and volunteers are welcome and there is also some accommodation within the Sanctuary.
Glenfern Sanctuary has evolved throughout the years to become a centre of rare biodiversity and pride for a remote island community. Bordered by a predator proof fence and the waters of the Hauraki Gulf, it’s a very special place on a spectacular and unique island. While they had an existing identity, it was tired and didn’t reflect the wonderful work going on here. They also had some big dreams. After a Brand Workshop we established a fresh brand with a hand-painted logo true to the vision, the passion and educational value of what Glenfern Sanctuary is all about.
